What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order with the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us at

I did not get a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please email us at It’s possible your payment was not successfully processed, one of the items in your cart is out of stock, or there was an issue with your email address.

My order was canceled. What happened?

Sometimes orders are canceled because of limited inventory or payment method issues. For more help, please email us at and include your order number in the subject line. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious orders.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club, Union Pay, Apple Pay, and other browser-based payment methods. Payment must be successfully completed before we can process your order.

Can the payment method I use for my SAKKA account be used to buy something at the SAKKA shop?

Your SAKKA account and SAKKA shop accounts are not linked, so you cannot automatically use the same payment method. Please provide your preferred payment method at checkout.

Are there discount codes for SAKKA Shop? Are there any promotions?

If you sign up to receive our newsletter, you will be notified of future offers, discounts, and promotions.

How can I use discount codes?

You will be able to apply a discount code during checkout.


I’d like to purchase an item for a gift. How can prices be hidden from the recipient?

None of the items, nor any packing slips, will include any pricing information. Our mailer may decide to include shipping price on a package.

Is gift wrapping available?

Unfortunately, there’s currently no gift wrapping options at this time.


What is the Japanese pamphlet that I see in your items? How are they different from brochures?
